And the Winner Is - Mr. Solo! (again) In a time of 1 hour and 11 minutes (13 minutes over their record time) Team Solo claimed their 15th win in Carib's 2008 Great Race. Top contender, Team Baico III was faster on the course but unfortunately they missed a marker which allowed Mr. Solo's experienced crew the opportunity they needed to clinch another win. Team Baico III was disheartened at the unfortunate outcome but still delighted that they were able to out run Mr. Solo given the boat engines and equipment they have: a second-hand boat and an investment of a quarter of the cost. They look forward to meeting the challenge and securing the win next year.
